HAI HUNG COMMUNE ORGANIZES DIGITAL TRAINING ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SKILLS IN 2025

On the morning of November 4, the People's Committee of Hai Hung commune coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Phong city to organize a training conference on digital transformation skills in 2025 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and the Community Digital Technology Team under the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Hung commune.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Mai Duc Thanh - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Council; Do Van Thang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Pham Van Hanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; comrades members of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee; Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Commune; together with leaders of schools, Party Cell Secretaries, Heads - Deputy Heads of villages, Heads of the Front Work Committee and Community Digital Technology Teams in the villages.

In his opening speech, comrade Pham Van Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee emphasized: Digital transformation is a key task and a driving force for local development. This is not only a priority but also an important solution to improve the work handling capacity of cadres, civil servants and public employees, increase management efficiency, serve people better, towards building digital government and digital society at the grassroots level.

At the Conference, the trainees listened to representatives of the Department of Science and Technology introduce and guide the key contents: Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and its concretization in Hai Phong city; instructions on the effective use of commune-level administrative tools such as NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Gemini; Google Forms and Google Sheets applications in work; looking up administrative information of provinces, cities, communes and wards after the merger through digital maps and Smart Hai Phong app; practice using online public services; online safety skills and communication on social networks.

The conference is a practical activity, contributing to improving digital capacity, enhancing information technology skills among grassroots staff, creating a foundation to promote the comprehensive digital transformation process in Hai Hung commune.
