Nearly 200,000 people participate in the Hai Phong population contest - Use smart, live safely

After 20 days of launching, the contest "Hai Phong Digital Citizen - smart use, safe living" has become a highlight, attracting hundreds of thousands of people to participate in online learning and testing.

As of 1 p.m. on October 31, 2025, after only 20 days of implementation, the contest has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere in wards, communes, agencies, and schools, becoming a widespread digital learning movement. Many units have launched competitions in clusters and residential groups, spreading the spirit of "everyone learning digitally, every household learning digitally". All share the same goal of building the image of a dynamic Hai Phong digital citizen, a pioneer in the digital age.

The contest recorded 181,367 registered candidates, of which 103,136 people from 114 units completed the exam, with 147,967 exams and more than 3 million visits to the Contest on the One Touch online platform. These impressive numbers show the strong influence of the contest, affirming the proactive and positive spirit of Hai Phong people in learning, accessing and applying digital technology in life.

Co-organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Phong City and VTC NetViet Technology and Communications Joint Stock Company, this is a key activity in response to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, while concretizing the movement "Digital literacy for all", popularizing digital knowledge and skills for all classes of people, aiming at the goal of building a comprehensive digital learning society. Taking place from October 11 to November 11, 2025, the Contest is organized entirely online on the One Touch mass open learning platform, helping people to participate in learning and taking exams anytime, anywhere using phones, tablets or computers connected to the Internet.

The lectures are designed to be vivid, intuitive, and easy to understand, revolving around 4 topics: Digital awareness and basic digital skills; Using essential digital services; Interacting in the digital environment; Applying artificial intelligence (AI) in work and life. After completing the course content, candidates will enter a multiple-choice test consisting of 20 random questions, and at the same time submit a sharing article "I learn digital - I spread" to spread the spirit of learning and using smart and safe technology. .

Not only an online learning playground, the contest "Hai Phong Digital Citizen - smart use, safe living" is also a journey to spread knowledge and civic awareness in the digital age. How to participate in the contest "Hai Phong Digital Citizen - use smart, live safely"

Step 2: Register an account and log in to take part in the contest. Each person can only use one account . Valid accounts must fill in complete and accurate personal information: full name, owner's phone number, citizen identification number, ward/commune address.

Step 3: Participate in learning and completing the topics of the course "Hai Phong Digital Citizen - smart use, safe living".

Step 4: Take the multiple choice test consisting of 20 random questions . Candidates can take the test multiple times , the highest result (number of correct answers, completion time and submission time) will be the basis for ranking.

Step 5: After completing the test, candidates send the content "I learn digital - I spread" , in the form of slogans, messages or real stories about learning digital skills, guiding and helping others learn digital. (Criteria: authentic - spread - inspire.)

Step 6: After completing the test, candidates will receive a Certificate of Participation in the Competition on the online learning platform.
