Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2022/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2022 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating document templates in cinema activities; Considering the proposal of the Head of the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Vietnam in the Application dated October 24, 2025; At the request of the Director of the Department of Cinema;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Decision No. to organize the 8th Wallonie-Bruxelles Love Film Festival in Vietnam.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Vietnam to organize the 8th Wallonie-Bruxelles Love Film Festival in Vietnam from November 6, 2025 to November 15, 2025 in Hanoi , Hue and Ho Chi Minh City.
Films scheduled to be shown in the Film Festival Program include: Young Mothers; Fox Dance; Drifting; Endless Night; All for Adam.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that films are only allowed to be shown within the program when they have a Film Classification License.
The Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Department of Cinema, Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Head of the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Vietnam and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
