LION Championship 28: The focus of the "boxing match" between Ha The Anh and the Chinese representative

On November 8, LION Championship 28 will return to Phu Quoc Island (An Giang) with the highlight being the "boxing match" between Ha The Anh and representative from China, Luo Zhou.

Returning to the LION Championship with the professional MMA format, the young talent born in 2002, Ha The Anh, will face Luo Zhou (China). The Vietnamese fighter currently has 5 wins on the domestic stage and has won many achievements in the national Kickboxing, Jujitsu, and Sambo championships.

The highlight of LION Championship 28 is the match between Ha The Anh and La Chau.

On the other hand, The Anh's opponent, La Chau, has accumulated experience with 16 professional matches (11 wins - 5 losses). In all of his victories, La Chau did not need the judges' scorecards and defeated his opponents by knockout or submission, with a sharp chokehold.

In the penultimate match, the MMA Duo format will also return with familiar representatives from C88 Club. Nguyen Nguyen Chuong and his Brazilian teammate - Claudio Cautinho will welcome two fighters Tham Long (Shen Long) and Sa Ma Di Cach (Shama Yige) of Kunming Lap Tuan Long Club (Yunnan LiJunLong Fight Club).

Apart from two notable matches with representatives from Vietnam, China and Brazil, LION Championship 28 will focus entirely on professional MMA competition. Thai MMA champion Chayut Rojanakat will face off against the mysterious Russian boxer Gleb Orcharov.

LION Championship 28 is part of a series of November sports events on Phu Quoc Island, including the 2nd VPT Championship poker tournament, LION Corona Golf Tournament 2025, and Pickleball competition. All promise to be attractive to audiences and sports lovers. At the center of LC 28, the organizers will also auction the painting "Girl and the Fan" by famous artist Bui Huu Hung - who has been associated with the event in Phu Quoc since 2024. The entire auction proceeds will be donated to the Vietnam Martial Arts Development Fund, to find new talents of MMA in the country.
