Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is coming soon

On November 5, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 4214/QD - BVTTDL on organizing Vietnam Happy Fest 2025.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1141/QD-BVHTTDL dated April 23, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgating the 2025 Work Plan of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information; Pursuant to Decision No. 1425/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 19, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing a series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam 2025 "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025"; At the request of the Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information; The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a Decision to organize Vietnam Happy Fest 2025.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize Vietnam Happy Fest 2025.

Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is expected to be held for 3 days in December 2025 in Hanoi .

Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is not only a series of activities, but also a journey of experience and artistic discovery . The overall idea of ​​the event is the Road of Happiness with a journey of 14 activities (expected) starting from Le Thai To Street to Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hang Khay and ending at the stage at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, including:

"Happiness Every Moment" Cinema Room : The experience will bring simple perspectives on happiness through many films: from family happiness, favorite job, dedication, creative passion to moments of immersing yourself in the country and people of Vietnam. Through that, viewers will realize that happiness is not far away, but is the simple moments that always exist around us.

Road to Happiness : Exhibition of outstanding photography works participating in the award from 2023 to present around Hoan Kiem Lake, arranged by theme with each aspect of happiness in life: Coming home is happiness, The happiest job, Art creates happiness, Happiness in sports ...

Digital photography : Experience at the automatic photo booths, where each photo is not only a memory, but also a moment of faith and pride in a happy Vietnam.

Send happiness to tomorrow: Each of us has our own secrets. Write them down and drop them into the Vietnam Happiness mailbox. The Organizing Committee will listen, share, and connect happiness with you.

Interactive and experiential product display counter: Displaying sponsor products, brand images in a creative style interspersed with some suitable award-winning images. A space where brands accompany each other to spread creativity, connect happy values ​​with the community.

Happy Tree: A place to preserve the happy moments and messages of each participant. Each card hung up is not only a memory, but also contributes to spreading and growing happiness, becoming a symbol of connecting happiness in Vietnam. Hopefully, each wish hung on the happy tree will come true for each person.

In addition, the Festival also held a seminar on "Happiness" : A place where speakers with a large following, inspirational figures about happiness or famous young faces in all industries share about their never-ending journey, spreading positive things that create happiness. Participants will be able to return, start a journey of "Reconnecting with the inner child" to listen to old dreams and soothe the wounds that still remain. That is the starting point for us to truly "Learn to love ourselves again", cherish our unique self with all its real scratches, tolerate the imperfections, and realize that happiness is a seedling that is already there, just waiting for us to water it with self-love.

The Happy Prism will be a gathering place for many generations of photography lovers at home and abroad, a bridge connecting hearts with the same passion. Photographers who participated in the Happy Vietnam contest in 2023, 2024, 2025 will participate, sharing experiences from using professional cameras to capturing frames with just the phone in hand.

Here, each participant can learn how to choose a perspective, capture happy moments like a real "photographer". All will create together, spread the beauty of visual arts and send the message "Happy Vietnam" to the community, towards the Vietnam Happy 2026 photo and video contest.

More than love - 80 couples with happy stories : The second day of the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 event will be a special chapter, full of meaning, symbolizing the 80-year journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the nation. Those 80 years are portrayed through 80 love stories of today's generation, stories that are not only told, but also honored in the most complete way. In a warm and sacred atmosphere, 80 couples will celebrate a joint wedding ceremony together. Their happiness, sprouting from peace and freedom, is not only a personal happy day, but also the brightest affirmation of the desire for happiness of an entire nation.

The most touching highlight is when their own images, the most genuine moments of love, will blend with melody and light in a special performance, turning each couple's story into a fresh flower, together weaving a brilliant garden of Happiness in Vietnam.

Sharing Happiness: A deeply humane highlight within the framework of the event is the activity "Sharing Blood Drops". This is not only an action, but also a meaningful affirmation: A drop of blood given will join the flow of life, adding hope and keeping the heartbeat of other hearts. Participating in blood donation is the way we turn kindness into practical actions, contributing to continuing stories about life and spreading true happiness - the happiness of giving.

In particular, the Vietnam Happy Concert 2025 : This will be a grand art party, where the image of "Happy Vietnam" shines before international friends. The music night is the perfect ending of the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 event, a place to connect and recreate all the emotions of the entire journey, so that the audience can immerse themselves in the story of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the Vietnamese people and excitedly welcome the new journey - Happy Vietnam 2026.

Happiness lighting ceremony: Before the closing ceremony of the event, there will be a ceremony to announce the video symbol of Vietnamese happiness and it will be broadcast simultaneously on LED screens nationwide.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and Foreign Information and Heads of relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
