Mining Workshop 11 is the main coal mining unit of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company. In 2025, the Workshop was assigned a target of producing 800,000 tons of coal, accounting for about 1/5 of the Company's total output. From the beginning of the year, the unit proactively developed a specific production plan, implemented many solutions to improve productivity and ensure labor safety. Currently, on average, the workshop mines over 3,000 tons of coal per day, exceeding the plan by about 1,000 tons.
Mr. Do Xuan Hung, Manager of Mining Workshop 11, said: With the high determination of the collective, it is expected that by the end of November, the unit will basically complete all production targets for 2025. Not only focusing on output, the workshop also focuses on the creative labor emulation movement, promoting initiatives and technical improvements to improve production efficiency, improve working conditions, and reduce coal loss in mining. This is an important premise for the workshop to prepare for production next year, creating momentum for stable and sustainable growth.
According to the report of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company, by the end of October 2025, the entire Company produced over 3.1 million tons. This result is an important premise for Vang Danh Coal to make a breakthrough in the fourth quarter and make a decisive sprint to complete the production plan of 3.8 million tons of coal in 2025.

Responding to emulation movements, at Deo Nai - Coc Sau Coal Joint Stock Company, a typical open-pit coal mining unit of TKV, the working atmosphere in the last days of the year is taking place vigorously. According to the Company's report, in the first 10 months of 2025, despite being affected by unfavorable weather, especially heavy rain, the unit still maintained stable production. Raw coal output reached 3.486 million tons, equal to 90% of the plan assigned by TKV. Security, safety and environmental protection work was ensured; the average salary of workers reached 13.6 million VND/month, equal to 103% of the plan. In the last 2 months of the year, Deo Nai - Coc Sau Coal set a target of producing more than 500,000 tons, striving to reach the target of 3.988 million tons of coal for the whole year.
The company determined to take advantage of favorable dry season conditions, mobilize maximum equipment, focus on mining at the main seam, and expand the intermediate layer, creating a new production area for 2026. In parallel with production, the unit deployed technical and technological solutions such as stripping soil to create drilling foundations, selective excavation, and coal recovery to reduce resource loss; strengthen product quality control, promote consumption of raw coal and clean screening. The company also accelerated the progress of the Coc Sau - Deo Nai mine cluster project, strictly implemented safety and environmental measures, and maintained the image of "Miner - Soldier" in the emulation movement for efficient, safe, and high-productivity production.
Not only at Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company and Deo Nai - Coc Sau Coal Joint Stock Company, the spirit of enthusiastic labor competition is spreading throughout all units in the Group as the whole industry enters the final stage of 2025. In the last months of the year, although it has entered the dry season, due to unusual and extreme weather developments, especially prolonged heavy rains, the production activities of some units are still affected, while coal consumption continues to face difficulties. To achieve the growth target of 8% in 2025, the units of the Group uphold the spirit of "Discipline and Unity", proactively overcome difficulties, closely follow the plan, flexibly direct and operate production, determined to complete the set production and business targets.

In the first 10 months of 2025, TKV units exploited more than 32.4 million tons of raw coal, reaching 84.6% of the annual operating plan; excavated soil and rock reached 122.7 million m³, equal to 82.3% of the plan; dug 229,070 meters of new tunnels, reaching 83.8% of the plan; coal consumption reached 36.6 million tons. The main targets were maintained stably, production management discipline was strictly followed, and security and order in the mining area were ensured. In November alone, TKV set a target of producing nearly 3 million tons of raw coal, consuming more than 3.8 million tons, striving to complete the tasks of the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Nam, Deputy General Director of the Group, Director of the Production Control Center in Quang Ninh , emphasized: In the last months of the year, the weather is forecast to be more favorable, the demand for coal for electricity will increase compared to the previous month, the units need to focus on production, improve productivity and output, contributing to the growth target of Quang Ninh province and the Group. At the same time, strictly implement operational discipline and reporting regime, ensure good management of warehouses, coal consumption, pay attention to occupational safety and hygiene, prevent incidents, protect resources, mine boundaries and the environment in the dry season.
The Group is launching a widespread emulation movement among all cadres, workers and employees, continuing to promote the spirit of "Discipline and Unity", promoting creative labor, striving for the highest productivity, quality and efficiency.
