Bac Ninh: Regulations on maximum prices for vehicle services entering and exiting bus stations

BAC NINH - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong has just signed and issued Decision No. 64/2025/QD-UBND regulating the maximum price of vehicle services entering and exiting bus stations in Bac Ninh province.

For vehicle type seat design, standing position:

The maximum price for services entering and exiting the bus station in this Decision includes value added tax.

The number of seats and standing positions on the vehicle is calculated based on the number of seats and standing positions designed by the vehicle according to current technical standards and regulations.

For vehicles designed according to specific standards (cabin, room, bed, large size seat), the maximum service price is calculated according to the maximum service price of a standard vehicle of the same size.

For buses, shuttle buses and other vehicles, the same applies to all types of bus stations.

The maximum price for the above-mentioned entrance and exit service is the price applied to the standard of type 3 bus station, calculated at 100%. The remaining types of bus stations are calculated as follows:

- Type 1 bus station: Maximum price for car service in and out of the bus station is calculated at 110% of type 3 bus station.

- Type 2 bus station: Maximum price for car service in and out of the bus station is calculated at 105% of type 3 bus station.

- Type 4 bus station: Maximum price for car service in and out of the bus station is calculated at 95% of type 3 bus station.

- Type 5 bus station: Maximum price for car service in and out of the bus station is calculated at 90% of type 3 bus station.

- Type 6 bus station: Maximum price for car service in and out of the bus station is calculated at 85% of type 3 bus station.

For fixed-route passenger vans and buses that stop at the station to pick up and drop off passengers (time at the station does not exceed 5 minutes), the fee is 50% of the above service price for the corresponding distance and type.
