National Law Portal launches new version on November 7

The Ministry of Justice said that the National Legal Portal was built based on the direction of the Prime Minister. The National Law Portal provides a system of official legal documents to ensure full and timely access to legal policies; is a channel for legal support and assistance in the digital environment to serve people and businesses; creates a digital interactive space between people, businesses, and the state through activities of reflecting, recommending, and contributing ideas to legal documents and policies to build, perfect, and create a modern, transparent legal system...

In particular, the National Law Portal integrates many features and platforms, including artificial intelligence (AI) applications to help people and businesses learn about legal information; help raise people's awareness and consciousness, create habits and culture of law compliance...

The official version of the National Law Portal brings many technological breakthroughs and outstanding user experiences with 6 major breakthroughs. It is expected that the Ministry of Justice will officially launch the new version of the National Law Portal at phapluat.gov.vn within the framework of the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day 2025 held on the afternoon of November 7, 2025. The event will be attended by leaders of the Party, State and central ministries and branches.

* Vietnam Law Day (November 9) is an occasion to honor the Constitution and laws, and raise awareness of the rule of law in social life. In 2025, the celebration will continue to be held on a large scale and in a variety of forms, from rallies, seminars, and discussions to online propaganda and dissemination of laws through the media system, social networks and grassroots cultural institutions.
