At the Congress, after hearing the report summarizing the work of the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2022-2025 term and the direction of activities for the 2025-2027 term, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Office received feedback, listened to presentations and discussed the content of the report, pointing out existing shortcomings, difficulties and obstacles in the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in the past term, and at the same time made specific proposals and directions to effectively implement the work of the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2025-2027 term.

Delivering a guiding speech at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Dung Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Office of the President, acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Youth Union of the Office during the past term; the spirit of solidarity and creativity of the young people in the agency; and emphasized the task of building a truly strong Youth Union organization with a strong desire to contribute.
The comrade suggested that the Youth Union continue to thoroughly understand and concretize the resolutions of the Party and the Youth Union, especially the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the seven strategic resolutions; implement them in a practical manner, avoiding formalism, so that each activity brings practical value to the agency and its members.
Emphasizing the crucial role of youth union officials, the comrade requested the Youth Union of the Office to proactively prepare a successor team that is "sufficiently dedicated and competent," while also creating an environment for union members to develop their professional abilities and participate more deeply in advisory work, research, and innovation in operational methods.

Comrade Nguyen Dung Tien also encouraged the young people in the Office to take the lead in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation, considering this an inevitable direction for improving work efficiency and advisory capacity. The initiatives and proposals of the union members need to be concretized, with clear targets and objectives, in order to be considered and supported for implementation.
Expressing confidence in the younger generation of the Office, the comrade believed that with the guidance of the Party Committee and the pioneering and creative spirit of the members, the Youth Union work and youth movement of the Office of the President would continue to flourish, making practical contributions to the political tasks of the agency.

The Congress also heard guidance from Comrade Nguyen Xuan Khoi, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Central Party Agencies; acknowledging the achievements made during the 2022-2025 term, he noted that although the members of the Office of the President still have to dedicate most of their time to professional work, they have still ensured the implementation and participation in the activities of the Youth Union of the Central Party Agencies. For the 2025-2027 term, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Khoi expressed his hope that the Youth Union of the Office of the President will continue to promote the pioneering spirit and aspirations of young people, contributing to building a stronger and more modern agency.

In a spirit of urgency, democracy, and seriousness, in accordance with the regulations of the Youth Union charter and the directives of higher authorities, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Office of the President for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 5 members. Comrade Vu Tuan Linh was re-elected to the position of Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Office of the President for the 2025-2027 term.
