BIDV is recognized as the "Outstanding M&A Dealer of 2024-2025".

On December 9, 2025, within the framework of the 17th Vietnam M&A Forum 2025, BIDV was honored as the "Enterprise with the most outstanding M&A transaction in 2024-2025".

This is the result of the voting by the Professional Evaluation Council of the Vietnam M&A Forum 2025 in the category of "Group of enterprises with outstanding private placement transactions in 2024 - 2025", recognizing BIDV 's efforts and achievements in the capital and investment market.

The Vietnam M&A Forum is a prestigious annual event that brings together experts and businesses from both within and outside the country to update market trends, share experiences, expand investment cooperation, and promote mergers and acquisitions. This year, the event continued to attract significant attention thanks to major and notable deals, including BIDV's capital increase transaction.

Mr. Hoang Van Tho, Deputy Head of the Secretariat and Shareholder Relations Department, represented BIDV in receiving the award.

BIDV successfully completed a private placement of 123.8 million shares to five investors, including four foreign and one domestic investor. This transaction brought BIDV over VND 4,800 billion, contributing to increased financial capacity, expanding resources for credit and investment activities, and creating a basis to meet international capital adequacy standards. The "Outstanding M&A Transaction Enterprise of 2024-2025" award once again demonstrates BIDV's proactive role as a pioneer in attracting capital and integrating into the Vietnamese financial market.
