Therefore, Yen Hoa ward has focused on implementing various solutions to support livelihoods, create job opportunities, and help people access policy-based financial resources.

Strengthening business connections and creating tangible job opportunities.
Social security is well-guaranteed, the living standards of people in Yen Hoa ward are constantly improving, and the urban landscape is undergoing a significant transformation. This achievement is thanks to the strengthened connection between the government, people, businesses, and banks, contributing to the effective implementation of social security goals in the area.
Statistics up to mid-October 2025 show that Yen Hoa ward has effectively implemented loan programs from the National Employment Fund, carrying out 59 projects with a total amount of over 5.5 billion VND, helping 68 workers find stable jobs.
Building on the achievements made, and with the desire for businesses to continue to cooperate more closely in training and recruitment, contributing to promoting socio -economic development and ensuring social security in the area, at the end of 2025, Yen Hoa ward will continue to organize the Job Fair and Career Counseling Day. This event will help students, young people, and especially disadvantaged workers access labor market information, receive career counseling and guidance, and find job opportunities that match their abilities and strengths. The event will bring together many businesses, vocational training centers, and recruitment agencies, thereby opening up a diverse and practical connection channel for local people.
According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee, hundreds of workers, young people, and students have participated in learning about and registering for suitable job positions. The ward also focuses on connecting with businesses that have large and stable labor recruitment needs, helping people have the opportunity to access sustainable employment. Many employers assess the quality of labor in Yen Hoa as quite consistent, especially the group of young workers with good education and skills.
Beyond providing job opportunities, the Job Fair also offers workers advice on labor laws, insurance policies, and skills for participating in the labor market. This enables people to be more proactive when applying for jobs, understand their rights and obligations, and improve their chances of being hired.
Focus on preferential lending.
To improve and increase people's income, the locality has effectively implemented many solutions. Along with connecting people to create jobs, Yen Hoa ward has identified policy credit capital as an important tool to help people develop production and business, improve their income, and stabilize their lives.
Over the years, the ward has closely coordinated with the Cau Giay Social Policy Bank to effectively implement preferential loan programs. Popular programs include: loans for job creation; loans for near-poor households and newly-escaped-poverty households; loans for students from disadvantaged backgrounds; and loans to support job creation and career development.
Many households have accessed loans to expand their businesses, invest in equipment, develop family businesses, or start small-scale business models. Models such as opening service shops, online businesses, transportation services, handicrafts, motorcycle repair, beauty services, etc., all provide stable income.
Notably, the majority of loans are strictly managed through the savings and loan group system in residential areas. Thanks to regular training, group leaders are familiar with the procedures, documents, and loan conditions, thereby assisting residents in completing the procedures quickly and in accordance with regulations. Post-disbursement loan monitoring and supervision are carried out rigorously, ensuring that funds are used for their intended purpose and preventing losses.
Recognizing that many residents still face difficulties accessing information about credit programs, Yen Hoa ward has diversified its communication methods. Information about loan application deadlines, loan amounts, loan conditions, required documents, etc., is publicly disseminated through the ward's broadcasting system, website, neighborhood meetings, and through women's associations, youth unions, and veterans' associations.
Meanwhile, the Women's Union of the ward regularly organizes thematic activities, shares effective business models, provides guidance on capital management, and assists members in applying for loans. The Youth Union of the ward also actively supports small-scale startup projects, especially for young people with creative ideas but lacking financial resources.
This is an important prerequisite for ensuring that policy funds are allocated to the right recipients, meeting the right needs and yielding high efficiency. Many households, after borrowing capital, have escaped near-poverty, found stable employment, increased their income, and contributed to reducing the social welfare burden in the area.
In addition, the Hanoi branch of the Social Policy Bank, in coordination with the People's Committee of the ward, also presented loan contracts and gifts to dozens of households and workers in the ward, helping them to have better conditions for economic development and stable lives.
Yen Hoa no longer has any poor households.
The efforts to connect people with jobs and implement preferential credit programs in Yen Hoa ward have yielded many positive results in recent times. Sustainable poverty reduction has been well maintained, and the ward no longer has any poor households according to the city's standards. Vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, single mothers, and middle-aged workers facing difficulties have all received support in job counseling or loans to create their own jobs.
Furthermore, the development of household economic models linked to digital transformation, such as online business, technology services, and digital content production, has initially brought in considerable income and opened up new avenues for people in the context of a rapidly changing labor market.
Through coordinated efforts among various units, the Yen Hoa ward government is gradually building a sustainable livelihood support system, providing equal opportunities for all citizens.
To continue building on its effectiveness, in 2025-2026, Yen Hoa ward has set several key goals: Maintaining the annual job fair; expanding the network of partnerships with businesses inside and outside the ward; strengthening vocational training programs for workers seeking to change jobs; and promoting support for youth entrepreneurship and women's small businesses.
In addition, the ward increased the disbursement rate of preferential loans, ensuring that they reached the intended recipients with genuine needs; promoted the application of information technology in managing and receiving loan applications; and improved the operational efficiency of savings and loan groups at the grassroots level.
The ward also stated that it will coordinate more extensively with the Hanoi Employment Service Center, vocational schools, and large enterprises in the area to expand training and recruitment opportunities for workers.
Thanks to the proactive efforts of the government, the cooperation of relevant units, and the positive response of the people, job placement and loan support activities in Yen Hoa ward have made a significant contribution to ensuring social security and improving the quality of life for the people. These positive changes in policy credit management and labor-employment connections have created a solid foundation for the ward to continue its sustainable socio-economic development in the coming years.
