These days, many hillsides in Moc Chau are covered in white plum blossoms, creating a pristine, romantic scene like something out of a painting, leaving anyone who sets foot here in awe.

The off-season plum blossom season not only offers a novel experience for tourists but also promises a bountiful harvest for the local people. This unique beauty makes Moc Chau an unmissable destination every winter.

In recent years, people in Moc Chau have applied new techniques to help plum blossoms bloom about a month earlier. This creates a pleasant surprise for tourists who can enjoy out-of-season plum blossoms in early winter.

Amidst the lingering mist of the Moc Chau plateau, clusters of pristine white flowers appear and disappear, creating a beautiful scene that attracts tourists from many places to visit, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, a tourist from Phu Tho, shared that he learned about the out-of-season plum blossoms through social media, so he brought his family to visit over the weekend. Along with the rose garden, the mustard fields, and especially the canopy of white plum blossoms, it helped his family feel relaxed after a hard week of work.

According to Ms. Nguyen Anh Tuyet, owner of a plum orchard in Thao Nguyen ward, in recent years, plum growers have applied many cultivation techniques to make the trees flower and bear fruit early, thus extending the harvest season. "Early-blooming plums create an attractive tourist destination while also bringing high economic value. On weekends, my orchard can welcome 200 to 300 visitors per day. Tourists come to take pictures, experience the orchard, and share them on social media, helping the orchard attract many visitors," Ms. Tuyet shared.

The out-of-season blooming of plum blossoms not only creates a unique beauty for the Moc Chau plateau, but also opens up opportunities to increase income for farmers, contributing to improving the lives of plum-growing households.
