The female Party branch secretary is exemplary and dedicated to her work.

As the Party Branch Secretary and Head of the Front Committee of Ward 6, Tan Ninh Commune (Tay Ninh Province), Ms. Ha Thi Thuyet has always been a role model, leading the way and dedicating herself wholeheartedly to her work and emulation movements, earning the trust and affection of many people.

Ms. Ha Thi Thuyet was formerly the Party Secretary of the neighborhood committee of Ward 6, Precinct 3, Tay Ninh City (formerly). After the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, she was entrusted with the position of Party Secretary and Head of the Front Committee of neighborhood 6, Tan Ninh Ward.

“After the merger, the role of the Party Branch Secretary has become even more important, especially in the context of many changes in geographical boundaries and personnel. They must be close to the people, understand the people, respect and listen to the opinions of the people. Cadres and Party members must set a good example, readily share what they know with the people, and patiently explain things to them so they understand and trust them,” shared Ms. Ha Thi Thuyet.

In her capacity, she disseminated and implemented directives and resolutions from higher-level Party committees to Party members and residents in the neighborhood through Party branch meetings and neighborhood group meetings. Together with the Party branch committee, she discussed and agreed upon measures to build a clean and strong neighborhood.

To improve the quality of activities, in addition to organizing monthly thematic meetings, the Party branch also clearly identifies priorities and key areas for leadership and implementation. Party members are assigned specific tasks, and their work results are monitored.

The Party cell mobilized the people to effectively implement the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; collected 100.46% of the Disaster Prevention and Control Fund; and 144.5% of the Fund for the Poor. A highlight was the campaign to clean up, collect waste, and clear drains in Alley 6, 3/2 Street, spanning 1,000 meters.

In addition, the neighborhood also mobilized benefactors to donate 900 notebooks and school supplies, worth nearly 7 million VND, to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, encouraging them on their educational journey.

To ensure security and order in the neighborhood, Ms. Thuyet, along with the Party Committee and the Neighborhood Management Board, monitored the people's sentiments; intensified propaganda and mobilization efforts to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; and reminded business owners to properly implement fire prevention measures and participate in crime prevention and reporting.

According to Huynh Thi Kim Oanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Ninh Ward and Chairwoman of the Tan Ninh Ward Women's Union, the proactive and flexible involvement of the Party Committee of Block 6 and the Party Secretary and Head of the Front Committee of Block 6, Ha Thi Thuyet, has contributed to making the emulation movement in the block increasingly vibrant and effective. This is also a prerequisite for the Party Committee to continue operating effectively and efficiently, serving the people even better.
