The job fair was organized to help workers access transparent recruitment information and to provide support policies from Resolution 45 of the Provincial People's Council. Here, workers received detailed advice on two high-paying overseas employment programs under contract.

The Korean seasonal worker program (E8 Visa) is an official program, not through intermediaries, offering 5-8 months of work per year in the agricultural sector, with an income of 38-40 million VND per month. Participation costs are low, and applications are submitted directly to the Employment Service Center.

Officials from the Employment Service Center, Department of Internal Affairs of the province, introduced the program for working abroad under contract.

In addition, the high-income labor program in Algeria recruits construction workers such as welders, formwork workers, and masons with a 2-year contract and a basic salary of 19-26 million VND/month, not including allowances and overtime. Workers in difficult circumstances are supported with a 50% interest-free loan (20 million VND) covering the costs. Many Vietnamese workers have already found stable employment in this market, earning actual incomes of 45-48 million VND/month.

The job fair provides comprehensive information on conditions, benefits, costs, and warnings about risks from illegal brokers, helping people choose legal and safe overseas labor markets. The coordination between local authorities and specialized agencies has created more quality job opportunities for workers in Trung Tam ward, contributing to stabilizing and increasing income for local families.
