Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan listens to citizens' requests.

The meeting recorded numerous suggestions related to land, site clearance, issuance of land use right certificates, and issues arising during the implementation of projects in the area.

During the meeting, citizens from Kim Long, Phu Bai, Huong An, Vinh Loc, Duong No wards, etc., presented their concerns, including: requests for consideration of land use right certificates; resolution of outstanding issues regarding compensation and support during project implementation; adjustments and additions to land-related documents; requests for determination of land boundaries and origins; and requests related to land subdivision procedures and assets on the land.

After hearing the opinions of citizens and reports from relevant departments and units, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, Nguyen Khac Toan, requested that departments and agencies provide clear and complete written responses for each case.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan emphasized that responding to citizens' petitions must be done within the specified timeframe, in accordance with the conclusions reached at the citizen reception session, and ensure that citizens have access to information transparently and in accordance with the law.

City leaders also assigned specific responsibilities to specialized agencies in reviewing files, re-examining the current situation, and agreeing on solutions to prevent delays that cause frustration for the people. Regarding outstanding cases, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan requested regular progress reports and decisive resolution as soon as possible.
