The Bac Ha Commune Youth Union organized a winter volunteer program "for our beloved younger generation".

In accordance with the plan of the Lao Cai Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union on organizing the 2025 Winter Volunteer Program and the 2026 Spring Volunteer Program, on November 10th, the Youth Union, the Youth Federation, and the Children's Council of Bac Ha commune, in coordination with Ban Pho Kindergarten, organized the 2025 Winter Volunteer Program with the theme "For our beloved younger generation," volunteering to repair and pour concrete on the road leading to the Phec Bung Kindergarten Branch (Ban Pho Kindergarten).

The 2025 winter volunteer program is themed "For our beloved younger generation".

The road leading to the Phéc Bủng Kindergarten Branch Campus was severely degraded, causing many difficulties for transportation and directly affecting the quality of learning for the students. The 2025 Winter Volunteer Program, launched in 2025, attracted a large number of youth union members, teachers, and parents who participated in transporting materials, pouring concrete, and completing over 50 meters of the road.

The activity clearly demonstrated the proactive spirit, responsibility, and sense of community involvement of the youth in Bac Ha commune; it also strengthened the cooperative relationship between the Youth Union, the Youth Association, the Children's Union, and the school in caring for and supporting children in disadvantaged areas.

As part of the winter volunteer program, the Bac Ha Commune Youth Union continues to organize many meaningful activities aimed at disadvantaged areas and ethnic minority communities.
