On the evening of December 11th, a representative from the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police announced that they had summoned the girl who performed stunts by letting go of both hands while riding a motorbike.

Previously, images circulated on social media showing a girl in revealing clothing riding a white Vespa with license plate 61B2 482XX on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Lai Thieu Ward. Behind her was a girl in a black shirt constantly laughing and talking.

The girl in the white shirt was driving the vehicle with both hands off the handlebars, then clasped her hands together in a bowing gesture. She performed this bowing gesture while laughing and joking with the girl behind her on the motorbike.
Subsequently, the Binh Trieu Traffic Police team identified the woman driving the vehicle and invited her to come in for questioning.

At the police station, TTV (born in 2004, residing in Thu Dau Mot ward) admitted that she was the one driving the motorbike, letting go of both hands as shown in the video. V. also stated that the motorbike belonged to a relative and that she was fully aware of her violation.
According to initial information, for this violation, authorities will confiscate the vehicle and revoke the girl's driver's license for 23 months.
