Mr. Pham Hong Hai, General Directorof OCB , and Mr. Huynh Le Duc, General Director of MSG, represented their respective companies in signing the strategic cooperation agreement.
Accordingly, OCB and MSG will promote the comprehensive integration of modern payment services into hospital operations. Specifically, OCB will provide a range of digital solutions such as dynamic QR codes, APIs (including credit notification, payment, and inquiry), and EPR integration with MSG's management software. These tools will not only optimize the medical examination and treatment process in a convenient, fast, and efficient manner, but also optimize the operational process for the entire MSG hospital system. Both parties also commit to collaborating on the design and provision of comprehensive financial solutions for MSG's customer network and medical staff.
Simultaneously, MSG will develop several special programs in building healthcare service packages, medical examination and treatment services, and mechanisms for OCB's employees and high-end customer groups. This combination creates a closely linked model, enhancing customer experience in both important areas: health and personal finance.
Mr. Huynh Le Duc – General Director of MSG, stated: “The cooperation with OCB has a dual strategic significance. The ultimate goal is to bring the best benefits to patients, healthcare workers, and society. We are not only strengthening our financial capacity but also developing healthcare programs, creating practical and long-term value for OCB's large customer base, and reinforcing our commitment to comprehensive healthcare across the country.”
