Along with the efforts of the ward, we must thank the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the old Binh Duong province. During the preparation period for the operation of the 2-level local government, they continuously surveyed and inspected the facilities... which had a positive impact on the operation of the new local government.

He highly appreciated Lai Thieu ward for both effectively implementing administrative procedures and organizing state management in the area quite well, especially the spirit of the ward Party Committee when proactively taking the initiative to assign neighborhoods and residential groups to survey and serve vulnerable groups and people over 75 years old.
Vice Chairman of the HCMC People's Council Pham Thanh Kien suggested that the ward strengthen the leadership role of Party committees at all levels in stabilizing the ideology of civil servants, promoting the supervisory role of the People's Council; maintaining dialogue with the people to listen and serve the people better. At the same time, the ward continuously strengthens state management, not allowing lax inspections or leaving areas vacant...

He requested that ward-level staff must operate professionally, and all staff of departments at the Public Administration Service Center must grasp all relevant administrative procedures to guide, receive and process for the people.
According to the report of the Secretary of the Lai Thieu Ward Party Committee, Nguyen Thanh Tam, Lai Thieu Ward (merged with Binh Nham Ward, Lai Thieu Ward and Hoa Long Quarter, Western Quarter of Vinh Phu Ward) has a total natural area of 15.461 km2, a population of 118,852 people with 15 quarters. The Ward Party Committee has deployed digital office software for 100% of Party officials; the Ward People's Committee has deployed document management software to 100% of civil servants. The network system and network infrastructure inherited from the City Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thuan An City ensure stable and continuous operation, with connection to the Metronet network of Ho Chi Minh City and the network connecting the Ministry of Finance .
