VNPT accompanies to promote digital transformation for business households in Ho Chi Minh City

On November 3, Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department signed a cooperation agreement with 7 major partners to support business households in implementing electronic invoices and applying digital technology in management. Among them, there is a representative of VNPT Group.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, representatives of 7 member enterprises of the alliance, the tax agent consulting association, press and television agencies and more than 200 business households in many fields such as retail, food services, and trade. The scale of participation shows the strong determination of the tax authority in promoting the digital economy and improving the efficiency of serving taxpayers.

VNPT HCMC accompanies HCMC Tax to promote digital transformation and deploy electronic invoices for business households

With many years of experience in digital transformation of the finance and tax sector, at the event, VNPT HCMC and HCMC Tax signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Accordingly, VNPT will bring a comprehensive ecosystem of support solutions for business households from revenue and cost management to tax obligations in accordance with regulations. Solutions such as VNPT Invoice electronic invoices, VNPT Invoice-POS cash registers and VNPT HKD accounting subsystems are all designed to be intuitive, easy to operate, suitable for many different business models and even households that are not familiar with using technology.

In parallel with providing solutions, VNPT HCMC also arranges a team of technical staff to coordinate with local tax units to directly guide business households in implementation and promptly handle technical problems. Promoting multi-channel support via hotline, direct and remote consultation also helps users easily access services, limiting interruptions during operation.

Notably, at this event, VNPT HCMC announced a special support program for newly registered business households. During the promotion period, customers will receive six months of free use of the advanced version of VNPT HKD accounting subsystem and six months of free VNPT SmartCA digital signature service, and will also receive an additional 1,000 electronic invoices generated from the VNPT Invoice-POS cash register. The program is applicable until December 31, 2026, contributing to significantly reducing initial investment costs when business households switch to electronic invoices.

Mr. Do Duc Trung, Deputy Director of VNPT HCMC, signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Head of Tax Department of HCMC.

This is not only a solution to help taxpayers comply with legal regulations, but also contributes to building a transparent and equal business environment and promoting digital economic development in Ho Chi Minh City.
