At the working session, members of the Supervisory Delegation No. 56 of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee reported and summarized the results of the supervision of a number of contents related to the fields of Finance; Education and Training; Health; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ethnicity and Religion; Internal Affairs; and Public Security.
Delegates focused on analyzing and clarifying the difficulties and problems that are occurring at the grassroots level. The issues raised include: Difficulties in waste collection; restoring production in areas damaged by natural disasters and epidemics; the unreasonable arrangement of kindergartens in the area according to administrative units; the number of teachers has not met the standards prescribed by the Ministry; some schools still have difficulties in terms of facilities and teaching equipment; the facilities of Kim Xuyen Regional General Hospital and Yen Son Regional Medical Center are degraded, overloaded and the medical equipment is worn out and outdated; the price of medical examination and treatment services has not fully accounted for all costs, leading to many medical facilities not having a career development fund to reinvest in equipment...

From the above issues, the monitoring delegation has compiled many important recommendations, focusing on resolving difficulties in allocating additional funding for education, urban construction, environmental and traffic works to ensure the operation of the commune after the merger; proposing to soon provide additional funding to ensure the operation of the People's Council of the commune according to Resolution No. 06/2025/NQ-HDND dated August 25, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council; proposing to provide funding to support natural disaster recovery according to regulations; proposing the province to pay attention to policies and provide funding for investment in upgrading and expanding a number of roads; proposing to supplement the payroll according to job positions for communes; reviewing, arranging and organizing each school, school location, class, and number of students in accordance with reality, ensuring compliance with regulations; Prioritize the allocation and ensure the annual increase in state budget expenditure for the health sector, especially primary health care, preventive health care and disadvantaged areas...
The opinions of the members of the monitoring delegation were explained and clarified by the leaders of the provincial departments, branches and units.

In her concluding remarks, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Le Thi Thanh Tra requested relevant departments, branches and units to absorb all opinions and recommendations of the Supervisory Delegation and clarify existing problems within their authority; closely follow the management functions and tasks to advise the province on timely and competent handling solutions on the basis of suitability with local conditions.
He requested each department and branch to focus on specific tasks: The Department of Education and Training reviews and arranges schools, teachers and proposes mechanisms to attract human resources and support policies. The Department of Health needs to coordinate to solve facilities and finances. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism promotes the promotion of Tuyen Quang people. The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions reviews support for house building, urges national target programs...
