Quang Duc Commune: Officials and party members pioneer in dismantling architecture and renovating residential areas

On the afternoon of November 5, in the spirit of emulation in construction, renovation and improvement of the quality of urban areas and residential areas, the Steering Committee for implementing Plan 272/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on improving the quality of urban areas and residential areas, striving for Quang Ninh province to become a centrally-run city before 2030 of Quang Duc commune (referred to as Steering Committee 272) held a meeting to promote the implementation of tasks and solutions to improve the quality of existing urban areas and residential areas in the commune.

Steering Committee 272 of Quang Duc commune directed the dismantling of fences and structures on the main road of Son Hai village - the road selected for upgrading and expansion.

The Steering Committee 272 of Quang Duc commune has reviewed and selected to implement 7 key projects with a total investment capital of 30 billion VND. The projects focus on renovating, burying the lighting system, renovating sidewalks, expanding main roads and building cultural works to serve people's lives.

Immediately after the meeting, the Steering Committee directed the dismantling of fences and architectural works on the main road of Son Hai village - the road selected for upgrading and expansion. Exemplary cadres and party members voluntarily dismantled, donated land and constructions to create open space, contributing to beautifying the appearance of the residential area.

The Party Cell Secretary and Head of Son Hai Village, Quang Duc Commune, took the lead in removing gates and fences to contribute to handing over the site and speeding up the construction progress of the village's main road.

With the spirit of "Party members go first, the country follows", the Party Committee and People's Committee of Quang Duc commune are determined to complete the projects before the Lunar New Year 2026, creating a new, spacious and modern appearance, while strengthening the trust and consensus of the people in the upcoming development journey.
