Organizing a series of events on human rights in Vietnam 2025

On November 5, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 4213/QD-BVTTDL on organizing a series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam 2025 (Happy Vietnam 2025).

Pursuant to Decision No. 1141/QD-BVHTTDL dated April 23, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgating the 2025 Work Plan of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information; Pursuant to Decision No. 1425/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 19, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing a series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam 2025 "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025"; At the request of the Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to organize a series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam 2025 (Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025).

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize a series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam 2025 (Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025).

The series of events is organized to discover and honor meaningful stories about all aspects of Vietnam's political , economic, cultural and social life, vividly affirming Vietnam's achievements in the field of human rights.

At the same time, mobilize the total strength of all classes of people in the country, the Vietnamese community abroad and international friends to communicate and promote the image of the country and Vietnamese people to the world to affirm to the world that Vietnam is a peaceful, beautiful, dynamically developing and happy country.

The series of events took place with many attractive activities such as: Organizing the annual award on human rights "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025"; Exhibition at the award ceremony of media awards on human rights "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025"; Exhibition on Hanoi walking street with award-winning works and works entering the final round of the "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" awards;...

This Decision replaces Decision No. 1425/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 19, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing a series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam 2025 "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2025".

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and Foreign Information and Heads of relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
