20,000 free tickets to attend the Concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land" released online

Implementing Plan No. 280/KH-UBND dated October 28, 2025 of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province on organizing activities to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Traditional Day (November 12, 1936 - November 12, 2025) and stimulate tourism in the fourth quarter of 2025 in the area, Quang Ninh province organizes an art program (Concert) with the theme "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land" at 8:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025 (Wednesday) at October 30 Square, Ha Long ward.

To meet the enjoyment needs of the People and tourists, the Program Organizing Committee issues 20,000 free invitations online at the Invitation Ticket registration portal at: https://dangkyve.com.

Registration time is from 19:00, November 5, 2025 until the registration portal records enough successful registrations (registration information includes: Full name, date of birth, email, area of ​​residence, citizen identification including the first 3 digits and the last 5 digits) . The system will issue a QR-Code confirmation when the audience successfully registers on the system. The Program Organizing Committee will exchange printed tickets for audiences who successfully register tickets.

Audiences receive printed tickets at the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province). When receiving printed tickets, audiences must present the QR code provided by the online registration system along with their Citizen Identification Card (original) for verification.

The Organizing Committee notes: Invitation tickets cannot be sold or transferred in any form. The Organizing Committee will refuse to issue tickets if violations of regulations are detected and will not reissue tickets if lost or damaged.
