Lam Dong Provincial People's Procuracy deploys tasks for 2026

According to the report at the conference, in 2025, the political security situation and social order and safety in the province will be maintained and stable. The fight against crime will be strengthened, contributing to ensuring security, order and safety for the people.

Authorities across the province have initiated 3,038 new cases with 5,020 defendants, a decrease of 1,114 cases and 1,875 defendants compared to the same period last year.

The People's Procuracy at two levels in the province has exercised the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities strictly and in accordance with the law, preventing injustice, mistakes or letting criminals escape.

The quality of investigation, prosecution and trial work continues to be improved; the rate of timely prosecution and correct charges reaches 100%; the rate of accepted protests is increasing.

The work of supervising the settlement of complaints and denunciations in judicial activities and supervising the execution of civil and administrative judgments is carried out seriously, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

Comrade Bui Thang suggested that in the coming time, the Procuracy sector needs to closely follow the Resolution of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress and the Action Program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, effectively deploy tasks according to the Resolution of the People's Procuracy Congress; proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee in organizing the implementation of policies and directives of the Central Government.

In addition, comrade Bui Thang requested the Procuracy to properly, fully and effectively perform its functions, tasks and powers in judicial activities; proactively detect and propose remedies for violations in State management, contributing to improving governance efficiency in all fields.
