On November 6th, information from the People's Committee of Thuan Hanh commune indicated that an announcement had been made regarding the search for the biological parents and relatives of the abandoned baby boy.
Earlier, at around 8 PM on November 30th, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet, residing in Thuan Tan village, Thuan Hanh commune, heard the sound of a crying child near his house.

Upon checking, Mr. Kiet discovered a young boy lying on a mat, with no relatives around, so he reported it to the local authorities.
Upon receiving Mr. Kiet's report, the authorities investigated and documented the case of the abandoned child.
Examination revealed that the baby boy weighed nearly 4kg, was in good health, and showed no signs of beating or abuse.
When found, the boy had no belongings, documents, or personal information. His health is currently stable.
The People's Committee of Thuan Hanh commune announces that within 7 days from the date of this announcement, if no information about the child's parents is received, the unit will proceed with the birth registration and other related procedures in accordance with the law.
