Unified agenda of the 2nd session of the 19th Provincial People's Council

On the afternoon of November 5, comrade Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council chaired a meeting to unify the agenda of the 2nd session of the 19th Provincial People's Council. Attending the meeting were leaders of the Provincial People's Council committees; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, relevant departments, branches and units.

Comrade Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

As planned, the 2nd session of the 19th Provincial People's Council will review and give opinions on 17 reports of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council Committees and judicial agencies presented at the session, including: Report on the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and tasks in 2026; report on the implementation of local budget revenue and expenditure estimates and use of provincial budget reserves in 2025; reports of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court; Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department on work results in 2025, directions for 2026, etc.

The meeting will discuss, contribute opinions and vote to pass 44 Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee. The meeting will also hear the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee report on its participation in government building activities in 2025; some key tasks in 2026; report on the results of social supervision and criticism in 2025. The opening and closing sessions, question and answer sessions, and discussions in the hall on socio -economic issues will be broadcast live on digital platforms and on the airwaves of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing the content of draft reports, draft resolutions and specific implementation time of the session.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Le Thi Thanh Tra emphasized: To ensure the quality and progress of the session, the relevant judicial agencies, departments and branches need to urgently complete reports and draft resolutions and submit them to the Provincial People's Council Committees for thorough examination. He noted that the Provincial People's Committee Office should send reports and draft resolutions within the prescribed time. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee should organize meetings to review draft resolutions well, and at the same time organize for Provincial People's Council delegates to meet voters before and after the session to collect opinions and recommendations, contributing to the success of the second session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.
