Team 2 is located at the headquarters of the Defense Command of Region 4 (Bao An Ward) with comrade Nguyen Long Bien - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as team leader, monitoring and directing the communes and wards: Phan Rang, Do Vinh, Bao An, Xuan Hai, Ninh Phuoc.

Team 3 is located at the headquarters of the Defense Command of Area 2 (Dien Khanh commune) with comrade Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as team leader, monitoring and directing the communes and wards: Dien Khanh, Dien Dien, Dien Tho, Dien Lac, Dien Lam, Suoi Hiep, Khanh Vinh.

Team 4 is located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Dong Hai ward, headed by comrade Trinh Minh Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Civil Defense Command, monitoring the communes and wards: Dong Hai, Ninh Chu, Ca Na, Phuoc Dinh, Ninh Phuoc, Cong Hai, Ninh Hai, Vinh Hai, Thuan Bac.

Team 5 is located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Phuoc Hau commune, headed by Comrade Le Huyen - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, monitoring and directing the communes: Phuoc Ha, Phuoc Huu, Thuan Nam, Phuoc Hau, Anh Dung, My Son, Ninh Son, Lam Son.

Team 6 is located at the headquarters of the Defense Command of Area 3 (Cam Lam commune), led by comrade Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, monitoring and directing the communes and wards: Nam Cam Ranh, Ba Ngoi, Cam Linh, Cam Ranh, Bac Cam Ranh, Cam An, Cam Hiep, Cam Lam, Suoi Dau.

Team No. 7 is located at the Defense Command of Area 1 (Ninh Hoa ward), led by Comrade Nguyen Tuy - Commander of the Provincial Military Command, monitoring and directing the communes and wards: Dai Lanh, Tu Bong, Van Thang, Van Ninh, Van Hung, Bac Ninh Hoa, Dong Ninh Hoa, Ninh Hoa, Hoa Thang.

Team 8 is located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Bac Khanh Vinh commune, led by comrade Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Director of the Provincial Police, monitoring and directing the communes: Tay Ninh Hoa, Hoa Tri, Tan Dinh, Nam Ninh Hoa, Bac Khanh Vinh, Trung Khanh Vinh, Nam Khanh Vinh, Tay Khanh Vinh.

Team No. 9 is located at the headquarters of Khanh Son Commune People's Committee, headed by Comrade Nguyen Duy Quang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, monitoring and directing the communes: Tay Khanh Son, Dong Khanh Son, Khanh Son, Bac Ai, Bac Ai Dong, Bac Ai Tay.

The working groups have the following tasks: Monitor and directly direct disaster prevention work in the assigned localities; regularly organize inspections and supervise the implementation of disaster response plans, ensuring safety for people, infrastructure and production activities before, during and after the rainy and stormy season. Review and handle ships and boats (including ferries on rivers and seas) in dangerous areas; guide movement to safe storm shelters, avoiding areas affected by storms. Check and be ready to deploy measures to protect civil works, construction and traffic during storms. Coordinate with relevant forces to quickly deploy response, search and rescue work in bad situations. Review safety plans for industrial activities, hydroelectric dams, and power systems; limit damage caused by natural disasters. Proactively inspect and control the market, not to let essential goods shortages or unreasonable price increases occur. Mobilize forces and means to support people's evacuation, maintain order, and respond to landslides, flash floods, and flash floods. Develop contingency plans to ensure smooth communication connections from the province to communes and villages in all situations. Direct the safety of students, equipment and infrastructure of the education sector, and prevent interruptions in learning. Inspect and provide safety instructions for tourists and tourism activities at sea, islands, and coastal areas. Direct information and propaganda work in the areas under their management to raise public awareness and guide people to proactively prevent. Regularly synthesize and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of tasks, implementation results, and difficulties and problems arising in the areas under their management; at the same time, propose timely and effective solutions; be responsible for directing the full implementation of assigned key tasks. In addition, carry out inspections and direct tasks in accordance with the spirit of Official Dispatch No. 208 dated November 4 of the Prime Minister on proactively preventing, avoiding, and responding to storm Kalmaegi.
