Pepper price today November 6, 2025: Domestic pepper prices remain unchanged. Vietnam's pepper exports in October increased for the third consecutive month compared to the same period last year.

Domestic pepper price today November 6, 2025

Pepper price today, November 6, 2025, in some key growing areas decreased slightly by 1,000 VND, trading around 145,000 - 147,000 VND/kg. Specifically:

Dak Lak today traded pepper at 147,000 VND/kg; slightly down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Dak Nong pepper price (Lam Dong province) is at 147,000 VND/kg; down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Gia Lai pepper price today is purchased at 145,000 VND/kg; down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Dong Nai traders traded pepper at 145,000 VND/kg; down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Pepper price in Ba Ria - Vung Tau (HCMC province) is at 145,000 VND/kg; down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Meanwhile, traders in Binh Phuoc (Dong Nai province) continued to trade at 145,000 VND/kg; down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Pepper price today November 6: Exports increase sharply

In October 2025, Vietnam exported 19,430 tons of pepper, earning 129.5 million USD. Although slightly down compared to the previous month in volume and turnover (5.2% and 5% respectively), compared to the same period in 2024, exports still increased by 5.1% in volume and 7.7% in value.

This is the third consecutive month that pepper exports have increased compared to the same period last year, showing that market demand is gradually improving. The average export price of black pepper reached 6,443 USD/ton, and white pepper reached 8,392 USD/ton, both slightly down compared to the previous month.

Regarding the market, the US continued to be the largest pepper importer in the month with 4,283 tons, a slight increase of 0.2% compared to September. The UAE ranked second with 2,456 tons, a sharp increase of 25.2%.

In contrast, China, Thailand and the Netherlands saw import volumes decrease by 41.4%, 10.5% and 27.4% respectively.

Meanwhile, in the export business group, Nedspice took the lead with 1,922 tons (up 17.4%), followed by Phuc Sinh and Olam.

In the first 10 months of 2025, Vietnam exported 206,427 tons of pepper, of which black pepper accounted for more than 176,500 tons and white pepper nearly 30,000 tons.

Total turnover reached 1.39 billion USD, up 25.4% in value although output decreased 5.9% compared to the same period in 2024. The average export price of black pepper reached 6,628 USD/ton, up 36.6%; white pepper reached 8,683 USD/ton, up 34.4%.

By market, the US remained the largest destination with over 44,000 tonnes, accounting for 21.4% of total exports, but down nearly 30% compared to last year. The UAE, China and India all recorded strong growth, with China increasing by 79.1% to over 16,500 tonnes.

Several other markets such as Thailand, Poland, Türkiye, Egypt and South Korea also saw positive growth.

Major exporting enterprises in the 10 months included Olam, Nedspice, Phuc Sinh, Simexco Dak Lak and Haprosimex JSC.

Pepper price today in world market

In the world market, based on quotes from exporting enterprises and export prices in countries, the International Pepper Association (IPC) updated the latest pepper prices as of November 6, 2025 as follows:

Indonesia’s Lampung black pepper prices decreased slightly by 0.37% to USD 7,102/ton. Similarly, Muntok white pepper prices decreased by 0.36% to USD 9,737/ton.

Brazilian black pepper ASTA 570 price remained unchanged at USD 6,100/mt.

Malaysia’s ASTA black pepper price remained unchanged at $9,200 per tonne. Meanwhile, the country’s ASTA white pepper price remained unchanged at $12,300 per tonne.

Prices of all types of Vietnamese pepper remain unchanged, of which, the price of Vietnamese black pepper 500 gr/l remains unchanged at 6,400 USD/ton; the price of 550 gr/l remains unchanged at 6,600 USD/ton.

Similarly, Vietnam's white pepper price remained unchanged at USD 9,050/ton.
