As part of the activities for Customer Appreciation Month 2025, on November 6, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company visited and presented gifts to Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company, Long Son Company Limited and major customers in the province. This is one of the key activities, contributing to creating cohesion, strengthening coordination, and joining hands to ensure national energy security.

In recent years, to improve the quality of electricity supply, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company has focused on accelerating the progress of key investment projects and strengthening the inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment.

The Company closely coordinates with localities in protecting the safety corridor of the power grid, promoting propaganda and mobilizing agencies, units, businesses and people to participate in using electricity safely, economically and effectively.

One of the important solutions that Thanh Hoa Electricity Company has effectively implemented in recent times is to closely coordinate with large industrial production customers, on the list of key energy-using facilities, to implement the electricity load adjustment (DR) program.

100% of major customers in the province such as: Long Son Company Limited, VAS Nghi Son Joint Stock Company, Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company, Nghi Son Cement Company... have accompanied the electricity industry, effectively implementing load shifting and adjustment, especially during the peak hot season in the North, contributing significantly to ensuring the maintenance of electricity supply for daily life and production and business of all people in the province.
