- On the morning of November 6, a working delegation from the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions led by the Deputy Director of the Department visited and presented gifts from the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions to people affected by floods in Huu Lung commune.

At the gift-giving program, the leaders of Huu Lung commune quickly informed about the damage caused by the storm in the commune. Specifically, 31/34 villages and neighborhoods were affected by storm No. 11 (Matmo), of which 5 villages and neighborhoods were completely isolated; 5 traffic routes were affected; schools and medical centers were severely damaged... The total damage up to now is over 166 billion VND.
Here, members of the working delegation shared and encouraged local authorities and people in the face of heavy losses caused by the storm.

Authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, the leaders of the provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions presented 150 gifts to households affected by the storm; and 14 gifts to prestigious people affected by the storm and flood. The total value of the gifts was 178 million VND.

Here, the leaders of Huu Lung commune expressed their appreciation and gratitude for the timely attention and support of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions for the locality during this difficult period. According to the commune leaders, this support not only helps people overcome immediate damage but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, demonstrating the sharing and responsibility of all levels and sectors towards the people in the disaster area. This will be the driving force for the government and people to continue their efforts to restore production, rebuild infrastructure and stabilize life after the storm.
