Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 13, the Ninh Chu Ward Military Command in coordination with the Ward Police mobilized all regular militia, police, forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and border guards to support 12 households in vulnerable areas to reinforce their houses and be ready to respond to the storm, especially policy households, single-parent households, and households in difficult circumstances.

Accordingly, militia officers and soldiers along with the police force tied ropes, reinforced the roofs, and placed sandbags to support houses. At the same time, they mobilized and guided 37 households with 112 people living along the Ninh Chu 1 embankment to proactively support their houses to ensure the safety of people and property. The activities were implemented urgently, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and determination to protect the safety of people's lives and property before the storm made landfall.

Previously, the Ninh Chu Ward Military Command coordinated with relevant agencies and units to propagate and mobilize fishermen to quickly bring their boats to safe anchorages and prepare response plans to minimize damage to people and property caused by the storm.
