Spread patriotic emulation movements and campaigns

At the festival , Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Work Committee of Residential Group No. 15 Kieu Van Dinh reported on the situation of the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in the residential group in 2025.

In the past time, the people of the 3 residential groups have united, unanimously and joined hands to effectively implement the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", promoting democracy, exploiting and mobilizing local resources well, making the urban appearance increasingly bright - green - clean - beautiful.

Thanks to that, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. Movements of gratitude, remembering the source of drinking water, caring for policy families, supporting disadvantaged households, and participating in social security are enthusiastically supported by the people.

Every year, the total amount of money that the residential group donates to social security funds, flood relief funds, and care for the elderly, children, and the disadvantaged is up to hundreds of millions of dong. Just counting the campaign to support the disadvantaged that the ward has just organized, it has mobilized nearly 60 million dong, contributing to the total amount of support for the entire ward of 1 billion 425 million dong.

Together we build great solidarity

Speaking at the festival, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh said that over the past 95 years of establishment and development, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has always been a shining symbol of the spirit of "Solidarity - Solidarity - Great Solidarity", a bridge of trust between the Party, the government and the people, promoting the great strength of the entire nation in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In the capital Hanoi, the National Great Unity Day has become a beautiful political and cultural feature, an opportunity for Party committees and authorities to meet, listen, share with the people, together foster great unity, create social consensus, and contribute to building a "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" capital.

On behalf of the city's leaders, comrade Tran Sy Thanh commended and congratulated the results and achievements of the cadres, party members and people of Hai Ba Trung ward, especially residential groups 14, 15 and 17, over the past year.

Reviewing the development steps of the Capital in 2025, comrade Tran Sy Thanh said that the city has achieved many important results: GRDP in 9 months increased by 7.92%, much higher than the same period last year; many key projects were started; people's lives continued to improve.

In that spirit, comrade Tran Sy Thanh hopes that the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and people of Hai Ba Trung ward will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness - creativity - responsibility, focusing on implementing well a number of key contents.

In particular, the ward continues to promote the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", associated with building elegant and civilized Hanoians; maintaining order and environmental sanitation, actively participating in "Green Sunday", "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe ward". In particular, the ward pays attention to social security, mobilizing social resources to support disadvantaged households and policy families.

At the same time, the ward strengthens digital transformation in the residential community, encourages people to use online public services, contributing to building a civilized and modern Hai Ba Trung ward; promotes the exemplary role of party members, union members, and association members in all movements, creating a strong spread from each residential area.

Comrade Tran Sy Thanh emphasized that today's festival is not only an occasion to review the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, but also an opportunity for us to look back, strengthen the spirit of solidarity, cohesion, promote the people's strength in socio-economic development, and maintain security and order at the grassroots level. In particular, the work of building a happy capital is not only through large projects, but also starts from simple things - each clean and beautiful street, each peaceful roof, each kind heart.

On this occasion, comrade Tran Sy Thanh presented flowers and 10 million VND to congratulate the residential groups 14, 15 and 17; and presented 10 gifts from the city to exemplary cultural families. Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi Pham Anh Tuan and ward leaders presented gifts to 10 exemplary elderly people of residential groups 14, 15 and 17.

On the occasion of the peak month of "For the poor and social security" in 2025, the ward launched and implemented a model of regular support for people in especially difficult circumstances, preventing re-poverty. At the festival, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward presented support money for the last two months of 2025 and the whole year of 2026, 1.5 million VND per month, a total of 21 million VND to the family of Ms. Hoang Thi Huong Chau in Residential Group 14.

At the festival, Hai Ba Trung ward presented 31 gifts to 31 households in difficult circumstances in residential groups 14, 15 and 17, with a total value of 23.6 million VND.
