This is a practical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), the National Great Unity Day in 2025 and to welcome the success of the Hanoi City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Construction of 63 "Great Unity" houses started simultaneously
At the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Bui Huyen Mai praised the outstanding efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of Kieu Phu commune in social security work after 4 months of establishing the new administrative unit.
“The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction and repair of 63 “Great Solidarity” houses today is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of mutual love and affection, and is a concrete result of the Party and State’s policy of “leaving no one behind”, Comrade Bui Huyen Mai emphasized.
According to the report of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kieu Phu commune, in the first phase of 2025, the locality completed 39 "Great Unity" houses, of which 36 were newly built and 3 were repaired with a total cost of more than 4.5 billion VND.
From now until the end of 2025, the commune will continue to implement the second phase with 63 houses, with a total amount of more than 8 billion VND, and T&T Group will support all funding sources. Specifically, 16 "Great Solidarity" houses will be built as a package for single-parent households without counterpart capital, with an amount of 180-200 million VND/house; 31 newly built houses will be supported with 110 million VND/house; 16 repaired and upgraded houses will be supported with about 100 million VND/house. All are expected to be completed and handed over to households by the end of December 22, 2025.
In addition, T&T Group also supported the commune to install a security camera system worth 3 billion VND, contributing to ensuring security and order and serving digital transformation at the grassroots level. Sunhouse Group also donated 15 sets of computers to the commune police force...
In particular, Kieu Phu commune also synchronously implemented social security programs, such as: Giving gifts to 1,387 policy households, supporting 40 wheelchairs, 32 bicycles, planting more than 2,300 trees and 3,000 meters of flower roads, contributing to creating a "green - clean - beautiful - blooming" landscape. The movements "Green Sunday", "One tree per household" are becoming a new beauty in the community life of Kieu Phu commune...
Enterprises accompany, communities spread
Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Kieu Phu Commune People's Council Pham Quang Tuan affirmed: "We identify that taking care of housing for the poor is the responsibility and sentiment of the entire political system. Each completed house is not only a place to shelter from the rain and sun, but also a symbol of trust and solidarity between the Party, the government and the people."
Kieu Phu Commune was established on July 1, 2025 on the basis of merging 6 old administrative units with an area of over 34km² and a population of nearly 61,000 people. As an agricultural production area with many villages located outside the Tich River dike, people's lives are still difficult, especially during the rainy season. Therefore, mobilizing social resources to build and repair houses for disadvantaged households is of practical significance, contributing to strengthening people's trust in the local government.
Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Bui Huyen Mai highly appreciated the effective social mobilization model that Kieu Phu commune has implemented. He said: “From a newly established locality, Kieu Phu has quickly affirmed its organizational capacity and solidarity spirit, demonstrated through a series of public works, especially the program to eliminate degraded houses by 2025. This is a model that needs to be replicated, contributing specifically to the goal of building a new model rural area of the Capital”.
On this occasion, Comrade Bui Huyen Mai expressed her deep gratitude to T&T Group and other benefactors who have been caring and accompanying the locality in implementing the social security program in Kieu Phu. In addition, Comrade Bui Huyen Mai sent her sincere encouragement to Ms. Nguyen Thi Duong's family and the households that received support and started building houses today.
“You all must always keep your faith in a brighter tomorrow. The Party, the State and the community always stand side by side with you. We pledge that no one will be left behind on the common development path of the country,” emphasized Bui Huyen Mai, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nghi, Deputy General Director of T&T Group, affirmed that the enterprise always considers social responsibility as a part of its corporate culture. “We hope that today’s “Great Unity” houses will be the beginning of positive changes, helping poor households to stabilize their lives and contribute to the overall development of the locality,” Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nghi emphasized.
Moved by the support to build a new house, Mr. Bui Ngoc Quynh - representative of the family supported to build a "Great Unity" house in Can Thuong village expressed his deep gratitude for the attention of the city, businesses and local authorities, considering this as "the greatest joy of life". The family always complies with the Party's policies, the State's laws and focuses on economic development, improving in life.
In a solemn and warm atmosphere, leaders of Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, representatives of T&T Group, leaders of Kieu Phu commune and local people performed the groundbreaking ceremony to start the construction of the "Great Unity" house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Duong's family, opening the journey of building 63 warm homes in Kieu Phu commune.
With initial results, the program of building and repairing Great Unity houses in Kieu Phu commune not only has profound humanitarian significance, but also demonstrates the determination of the entire political system in caring for people's lives, consolidating the great national unity bloc, in the spirit of "Party for the people, people trust the Party".
From the houses of love in the Tich River area, the spirit of solidarity and humanity continues to multiply, contributing to the capital Hanoi to successfully achieve the goal of eliminating dilapidated houses, sustainably reducing poverty, building model new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
