At the industrial equipment exhibition area, Winci Vietnam's booth was always crowded with visitors. Mr. Tran Hoai Duc, a sales staff of Winci, said: "This fair exceeded expectations. The number of visitors was high and sales were much higher than in previous months. Participating in the fair, we realized that the greatest value is not just selling products but selling the brand story."

Not only startups, but also large manufacturing units take advantage of this connection point. HTC Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of motorbikes and mechanical equipment, said it welcomed hundreds of visitors and received many cooperation proposals from foreign agents. HTC representative said that the fair helps businesses expand their domestic customer base and open up export directions to new markets.

The fair also attracted international businesses, creating a two-way trading space. The booth of Kon Khmer Rice Company (Cambodia) was sought after by many Vietnamese customers. Mr. Vo Dang Khoa, the business manager of the company, said: "We brought to the fair a line of high-quality fragrant rice imported from Cambodia, selling an average of 200-250 kg per day. That is a very good sign for a business participating in Vietnam for the first time."

Not only focusing on sales, many businesses take advantage of fairs to stimulate demand with subsidy programs, gifts and product experiences.

The communication and promotion effects are also resonated by e-commerce applications. The Organizing Committee and many businesses coordinate livestreaming, online sales in parallel with on-site exhibitions, expanding the reach of domestic and foreign customers.

From the fair, there were memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements signed. The Organizing Committee said that there were more than 100 MoUs and preliminary agreements in many fields.

Many small businesses and craft village cooperatives have also benefited significantly. Stalls selling handicrafts, food , and OCOP products have recorded tens of millions of VND in revenue each day, while expanding distribution channels and increasing brand awareness.

Positive feedback from businesses shows that the 2025 Autumn Fair has become a modern trade promotion model, combining traditional exhibitions and digital tools. The event is not only a place to sell products but also a "measure" of the ability to connect, promote and adapt of Vietnamese businesses in the context of deep integration.
