However, in reality, to promote higher efficiency, the Central Highlands provinces need to build a systematic digitalization strategy, train qualified human resources, technology and communication skills, and especially need to have an understanding of local culture. Artisans need to be supported with equipment and trained in basic skills to participate in preserving heritage.

One of the things worth paying attention to is the need to call for and encourage the participation of the young community, especially young ethnic minorities; those who understand culture and technology can create creative and attractive products. It is necessary to invest in upgrading technology infrastructure in remote areas.
