According to statistics as of the afternoon of November 7, the total damaged agricultural area in Song Luy commune is 25 hectares of corn and rice. Currently, the villages are continuing to count the damage.
In Dam Rong 4 commune, due to the impact of storm No. 13, on November 6, there was widespread rain in the commune, causing landslides on some roads, with rocks and soil spilling onto the roads.
In addition, prolonged heavy rains caused the Krong No River to rise, damaging about 20 hectares of coffee, rice and crops, with estimated damage of about 200 million VND....
Currently, localities have been and are continuing to inform people, regularly monitor flood situations to proactively respond and handle situations promptly.
Regarding the weather developments due to the circulation of storm No. 13, on November 7, there was heavy rain in Ham Thanh commune. Local leaders said that by 7 p.m. the same day, floodwaters from upstream were rising in Lo To village, Ham Thanh commune.
Local authorities arrived at the scene to be on duty, organize the evacuation of people to safety and advise people to proactively respond to floods.
Meanwhile, in Ta Nang commune, the local government has issued an urgent notice about the storm situation and the incident at Cay An lake. Accordingly, due to the impact of storm No. 13, Ta Nang commune has had prolonged heavy rain. The amount of water flowing into Cay An lake has increased rapidly. By 2:00 p.m. on November 7, Cay An lake is at risk of breaking the main dam shoulder, causing water to overflow into the downstream area.

The People's Committee of Ta Nang commune has urgently relocated and evacuated people, vehicles and assets from dangerous areas; prepared human resources, materials, equipment and necessities according to the 4-on-the-spot motto to ensure timely access and rescue when an incident occurs.
The weather is still complicated. By 8:00 p.m. on November 7, flooding had occurred in some communes and wards. Specifically, in Ham Thuan Bac commune, water from the upper reaches of the Thang River and Ngang Stream was flowing, and 5 households in Phu Lap village were slightly flooded.
Ham Thanh Commune: Some households in Lo To village were flooded about 0.5 - 0.7m deep, the road to My Thanh village at Bom Bi spillway had river water overflowing onto the road. Ham Kiem Commune: Rivers and streams are rising, currently flooding Lo Ngoi bridge about 1.3m deep.
