At the destinations, the Dong Giang commune delegation visited and encouraged people in flood-affected areas and presented 13 million VND in support to each locality.

Ms. K'Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Giang commune, said that although the locality still has many difficulties with more than 90% of the population being ethnic minorities, the commune's officials and people have actively responded to the "Mutual love and support" movement, raising 52 million VND just a few days after launching to support localities damaged by floods.
“In times of trouble, human love is even more precious. We consider this not just a campaign, but an opportunity to foster compassion and arouse community awareness.”
