Regarding the operation of the press agencies under the Central Committee, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, said that there are currently 39 press agencies under the Party organizations under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, including 8 newspapers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations; 31 press agencies under mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.
Press agencies have been streamlined and transformed into a "one agency - many publications - multi-platform" operating model, in line with modern journalism trends. Most agencies have formed a converged editorial office, integrating print newspapers, electronic newspapers, social networks and multimedia content production.

The new model helps the press of the Front and mass organizations improve professionalism and efficiency, spread humanistic values, strengthen the great national unity bloc and contribute to protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the context of digital transformation and international integration.
Regarding propaganda orientation, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung said that November 2025 is a time of many important political and social events, the peak of propaganda work of the Fatherland Front system, political and social organizations and mass organizations. The press needs to continue to innovate content and methods, enhance orientation, combativeness and humanity, both ensuring service to political tasks and creating positive spillover effects in society.
The key contents identified include: propaganda on collecting public opinions on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; propaganda on the results of the 13th and 14th Central Conferences of the 13th tenure and preparations for the 14th National Party Congress; propaganda on the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025); propaganda on the results of the arrangement of the organization and apparatus of two-level local governments and the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels; propaganda on the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and other key contents.
At the Conference, representatives of press agencies discussed and contributed ideas on information and propaganda work; proposed solutions to improve the quality of activities, and recommended that the governing bodies and management agencies promptly provide information on press arrangements so that units can proactively develop appropriate development strategies. Many opinions also suggested having practical support mechanisms and policies to help the press better promote its role in social life.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc said that this press conference is of great significance, as it is an opportunity for press agencies under the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations to exchange and share experiences in organizing activities. He suggested that press agencies should maintain regular monthly and quarterly meetings to improve the quality of their activities.
Regarding the recommendations of the delegates, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc requested that those responsible from the management agencies and governing bodies, within their authority and responsibility, pay attention to, consider, and promptly resolve the legitimate and reasonable recommendations of the press agencies.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc suggested that press and media agencies in the system of the Front and Central organizations need to fully demonstrate their important position and role in organizing activities, expressing the voice of each press agency to contribute to building and consolidating the great national unity bloc. Along with that, press agencies need to innovate methods and ways of operating newspapers and magazines according to the new model.
"Each press agency needs to set specific guidelines, ensuring promptness, accuracy, precision and persuasiveness in each article and publication. At the same time, strengthen solidarity, coordination and mutual support in activities, creating common strength in the press system of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations," Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc suggested.
