Dak Lak: More than 21,700 customers have had power restored after storm No. 13

Compared to 11:00 a.m. the same day, the progress of power restoration has clearly improved. By 1:00 p.m., the electricity industry had restored 100% of the 110 kV transformer stations; it is expected that by 5:00 p.m. the same day, all the 110 kV lines with problems will be repaired.

Previously, the entire system recorded 5/44 110 kV lines having problems (accounting for 11.4%), including 3 lines belonging to the electricity industry and 2 lines belonging to customer assets.

With the medium voltage grid, there are currently 88 incidents and incidents of power line discharge, of which 4 were proactively discharged to ensure safety for people and equipment.

The entire company currently has 3,196 distribution transformer stations without power (accounting for 30.18% of the total number of stations) and 258,282 customers without electricity (equivalent to 27.26% of the total number of customers in the province). The Eastern region is the most severely affected, with 234,579 customers without power, accounting for 74.6% of the customers in this region.

Dak Lak Electricity Company is mobilizing 350 local workers, 50 people from the West of the province and more than 30 specialized vehicles (cranes, trucks, forklifts...) to focus on fixing the problem.

Dak Lak Electricity Company said it is continuing to coordinate with local authorities and functional units to urgently handle the incident, prioritizing power restoration to key areas, administrative centers, hospitals, water supply facilities and densely populated residential areas, striving to soon restore power to all customers.
