By the afternoon of November 7, the entire Cu Pong commune had 4 houses and a number of production facilities with their roofs blown off or collapsed; many trees in school grounds were broken or felled. In the agricultural sector, more than 15 hectares of various crops were affected, over 500 perennial trees, such as rubber, avocado, durian, and macadamia, were broken or felled.

The storm also eroded the canal behind the Ea Liang lake overflow and damaged more than 12 traffic routes, causing difficulties for people in Cu Pong commune to travel.

Immediately after storm No. 13, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Cu Pong commune urgently directed the implementation of remedial work. The leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune directly went to the scene to inspect and direct the local forces to clear fallen trees, clear drainage ditches, and evacuate people in areas at risk of flooding to safety.
The local government also coordinated with the Krong Buk Irrigation Company to announce flood discharge schedules at lakes and dams; and to discharge bottom and overflow water at lakes with water levels exceeding the permitted level, to ensure the safety of works and residential areas downstream.

Currently, Cu Pong commune is continuing to count and review the damage after storm No. 13; mobilizing local resources to support people to initially overcome the consequences of storms and floods, soon stabilize their lives and production; at the same time, closely following the instructions of superiors to promptly lead and direct the recovery work, ensuring safety for people and infrastructure in the area.
