Specifically, support 80 billion VND from the central budget reserve in 2025 for 3 localities to overcome damage caused by floods and soon stabilize people's lives after floods as proposed by the Ministry of Finance in Document No. 17321/BTC-NSNN dated November 7, 2025, of which: Quang Ngai province 20 billion VND, Gia Lai province 30 billion VND and Dak Lak province 30 billion VND. The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the contents, data of reports and proposals, recommendations, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.
The People's Committees of the provinces are responsible for managing and using the above-mentioned additional funds, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the law on the state budget and other relevant legal documents, ensuring the correct purpose of use, correct objects, publicity, transparency, avoiding loss and negativity; at the same time, report the results of use to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister.
