In Xuan Canh commune, a locality that suffered heavy damage from storm No. 13, local leaders said that the entire commune had about 25 households whose houses completely collapsed, nearly 450 households whose roofs were blown off, and many electric poles and trees fell down.
The locality has directed local forces to cut, clean, and clear key routes.

In Xuan Dai ward, there were no casualties, but it is estimated that 3,123 people were rescued/evacuated, 325 houses had their roofs blown off, 2 houses collapsed from 90 - 100%, 1 house collapsed 50%, Ganh Do market had its roof blown off about 50%. The number of flooded houses was concentrated in Trieu Son, Chanh Bac, Khoan Hau, Phuoc Hau, Dan Phuoc, Van Phuoc, Tan Thanh neighborhoods.
The ward has not yet compiled a full summary of the damage to agriculture , crops, and boats in the area. In addition, on national and inter-commune highways, many electric poles and large trees have fallen.
