
According to information from the Defense Command of Region 4 - Ban Thach, as of the morning of November 7, the entire area recorded 77 houses with damaged roofs due to the impact of storm No. 13.
Of these, Ban Thach ward had 20 houses, Tay Ho commune had 16 houses and Tam Anh commune had 41 houses; notably, 7 houses had their roofs completely blown off. In addition, many trees, electric poles, and telecommunication poles were broken, obstructing traffic.

The Defense Command of Zone 4 - Ban Thach mobilized all standing forces and militias of communes and wards, divided into many mobile working groups to each residential area to support households that suffered heavy damage.
Military forces assisted in repairing houses, clearing fallen trees, clearing sewers, and moving property to help people; at the same time, they coordinated with local authorities to review and count damages and provide emergency support to households in difficult circumstances.

After storm No. 13, on many coastal roads, large amounts of sand, soil and rock spilled onto the road surface, affecting traffic and the environmental landscape in the city.
The 83rd Engineer Brigade quickly mobilized more than 40 officers and soldiers to participate in clearing, leveling, and cleaning Hoang Sa road and along the coast of Son Tra ward.
