In some areas along National Highway 14C and Provincial Road 698, localized flooding persists, with water levels ranging from 0.4 to 1 meter. Authorities are on standby, posting warning signs and directing traffic to ensure safe passage.
The work of clearing fallen trees and cleaning the road surface is being carried out urgently by the road management units.

Initial reports indicate that approximately 400 meters of national and provincial roads managed by the Department of Construction have suffered landslides and road surface damage, with potholes and subsidence covering a total area of about 1,800 m² on National Highway 25 and National Highway 19C; one culvert has also been eroded and damaged, with estimated total losses of approximately 2.8 billion VND.
On several provincial roads such as DT.642, DT.644, and DT.646, the road surface has suffered scattered landslides. Authorities are continuing to inspect and address the issues to ensure traffic safety.
For roads managed by the commune, many fallen trees have been cleared. However, in Ea Kiet commune, the road leading to the H'Mong village was damaged by floodwaters, with 15 meters of bridge abutment washed away, the entire embankment eroded, and the bridge railings damaged, temporarily disrupting traffic. Local authorities are urgently working to repair the damage and restore traffic as soon as possible.

Regarding construction investment projects, most were undamaged. However, the Dong Hoi bridge project, managed by the Eastern Region Construction Investment Project Management Board, suffered a landslide along a 50-meter section of the approach road, with approximately 1,000 cubic meters of foundation soil and 10 meters of concrete culvert washed away. The project to upgrade the DT.650 route also experienced landslides, with soil silting up the road surface between Km33+880 and Km34+000. Estimated damage is approximately 100 million VND.
Emergency work to address coastal erosion in An My - An Chan: The tidal surge caused landslides of approximately 1,570 m³ of boulders along the service road section of embankment No. 1 and approximately 900 m³ along the service road section of embankment No. 3. The investor is coordinating with the insurance company to determine the value of the damage in order to organize remediation and ensure temporary traffic flow.
Currently, the Department of Construction is continuing to coordinate with local authorities, road management units, and project management boards to inspect and compile detailed damage statistics, propose repair and restoration plans for affected transportation infrastructure, and ensure safety for people and vehicles after the storm.
