
Presenting a report on the implementation of tasks related to the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Son La province, term 2025-2030, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La province, said that the Congress aims to enhance the core political role, promote the strength of great national unity, implement democracy, innovate content and methods of operation associated with digital transformation; join hands to build Son La province to develop green, fast and sustainably.
Regarding personnel work at the Congress, based on the current organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system in the province and the requirements for implementing political tasks in the coming time, it is expected that the number of members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La province, term XVI, will include 90 people with a combined structure of non-Party members accounting for 5%; ethnic minorities accounting for 62.92%; religious people accounting for 1.12%; and the re-election rate accounting for 34.83%.
Regarding the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lai Chau province for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Sung A Ho, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, said: The content of the political report of the Congress sets out 13 specific targets; 2 breakthroughs include: promoting digital transformation and application in performing tasks, creating strong and substantial changes in leadership, direction and operation; improving the effectiveness of work in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system and socio-political organizations; innovating and improving the quality of social criticism work, focusing on guidelines, policies, and key projects of the province that have a great impact on socio- economic development, security, order, social safety and people's lives.

 Regarding the personnel structure presented to the Congress, the number of members of the Lai Chau Provincial Fatherland Front Committee is expected to be 115 people, of which the proportion of female members is 36.6%; the proportion of non-Party members is 18.75%; and the proportion of ethnic minority members is 62.5%.
 The draft political report submitted to the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lang Son province for the 2025-2030 term sets out three breakthrough tasks and seven action programs for the term. Specifically, promoting propaganda, mobilization, gathering people of all walks of life, strengthening social consensus, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; encouraging people of all walks of life to actively compete, innovate, be creative, participate in socio-economic development, build and protect the Fatherland; promoting the role of mastery and self-management of the people, building a united, prosperous and happy residential area; effectively implementing people's foreign affairs and work with overseas Vietnamese; building the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations with a streamlined apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; participate in developing science, technology, innovation, building a digital society...
Regarding the personnel presented to the Congress, the expected number of members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 16th term is 120 with a combined structure of female members accounting for 25-30%; Ethnic minorities accounting for 60% - 65%; Religion accounting for 3% - 5%; University degree or higher accounting for 75% - 90%; re-election rate accounting for 37.5%.

Speaking at the working sessions, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga requested the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces to continue to coordinate to successfully organize the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025-2030.
The provincial Fatherland Fronts need to continue to study and complete the Political Report, clearly identify the goals, targets, key tasks and implementation solutions for the entire term; especially need to study and supplement the contents of the General Secretary's directive speech at the first Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations and the plan to organize the implementation of the General Secretary's speech by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front into the goals, directions of activities and action programs for the next term.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga also noted the need to study and concretize the contents of the 4 strategic resolutions of the Politburo into action programs, especially focusing on the content of science and technology development, innovation and creativity; the content of private economic development to suit the actual situation of each locality.
Regarding the personnel presented to the Congress, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga suggested that it is necessary to evaluate the promotion of the role of the Committee members in the past term, from which to consider and adjust to increase the number of typical individuals, supplement the structure of typical individuals such as scientists, intellectuals, experts in information technology, digital transformation, and businessmen; select influential young people in society to create a ripple effect in the community about the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new term; select prestigious people in the community so that the action programs in the term are closer to the people...
