Carry out key tasks so that the Resolution of Vinh Long Provincial Congress soon comes into life

On the afternoon of October 30, Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Lam Minh Dang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.

According to the assessment, the Congress has completed all the contents and programs set out and was a great success, ensuring the requirements according to Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the instructions of the Central Committee. The work of organizing, preparing personnel and documents was carried out democratically, objectively, transparently, and in accordance with the process, demonstrating inheritance and development.

In particular, the Political Report and Action Program presented at the Congress clearly identified 3 breakthroughs, 6 key tasks and 12 main groups of solutions, demonstrating the determination to bring Vinh Long province to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new period.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Lam Minh Dang emphasized: after the Congress, Party committees and organizations at all levels need to urgently grasp and concretize the Resolution, develop programs and action plans suitable to reality. At the same time, review and adjust regulations and rules; perfect the Steering Committees and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, ensuring synchronization and unity in direction and administration.

He requested that the action programs must clearly define people, tasks, and timeframes, focus on key goals and targets, closely follow the three breakthroughs and six key tasks, and create clear changes in the political system and social life, so that the Resolution can soon be put into practice.

At the conference, the Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 33 individuals with outstanding achievements in advising, preparing and successfully organizing the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
