According to the report at the evaluation conference, in the period of 2022-2025, the activities of the Youth Union and the youth movement have always received attention and direction from the Party Standing Committee, the commander of the Petroleum Department, the Party committees, political commissars, political officers, commanders and political agencies at all levels, with many steps of steady, comprehensive and creative development. The team of cadres and youth union members in the Petroleum Department have high determination, responsibility, are confident in their attachment to the unit, are ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks; proactively perform well the task of ensuring petroleum, technical equipment - petroleum supplies for the Army both regularly and suddenly.

Along with that, the youth union members have actively carried out the emulation movements "Manage and use gasoline safely, economically and effectively", "Youth of the Petroleum Department promote the tradition of heroic units of the People's Armed Forces, proactively and creatively build a strong and comprehensive unit", the movement "Youth self-management - good operation - high efficiency - economical - absolute safety", the models "Depot is home - youth union members are the owners", "Operation is fighting", "Clear routes, good machines, successful operation", achieving high efficiency.

At the conference, delegates enthusiastically delivered speeches, focused on analyzing and evaluating outstanding results, pointing out existing problems in the work of the Youth Union and youth movement of the Petroleum Department in recent times; recommending and proposing measures to improve the quality of this work in the period 2025-2030.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Duong Ngoc Tuyen praised the results and achievements of the youth union organizations, cadres and members over the past 3 years; requested that in the coming time, the Party Committees and commanders of the units need to continue to pay attention, train and use appropriately to promote the strengths of the youth union members in the task of building the unit. Along with that, pay attention to and ensure good material and spiritual life, well resolve the legitimate aspirations of the youth union members; create favorable conditions in terms of time and budget for the Youth Union organizations to operate; promptly commend, reward and create opportunities for the youth union members to strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
