According to the agreement, the female billionaire will support projects and creative artistic activities in the cultural field, promote the Hanoi Creative Capital project and the chain of creative cities across the country, the happy school project in the field of education; the role of youth in economic development initiatives in the fields of natural sciences, social sciences and humanities, on the basis of traditional cultural and historical values.
