Young people not only dare to think and act, but also dare to take risks.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Union, said that over the years, the "Youth Volunteer" movement has become a beautiful and lasting mark in social life, closely associated with the positive image of generations of Vietnamese youth. Each campaign and each volunteer team not only carries the enthusiasm of young people but also spreads faith in good things in society. By 2025, millions of Youth Union members and young people will have participated in volunteer activities throughout the country: from caring for the vulnerable, supporting people in disaster-stricken areas, building rural roads, repairing schools, providing community health care, to protecting the environment and developing a green economy …
According to Mr. Lam, today's youth volunteerism is not just about "support" or "giving" material things; it has developed to a new level. It's about civic responsibility and a commitment to the country's development. They are not only building rural roads and protecting the environment, but also sowing seeds of compassion. Each campaign, each volunteer team, not only carries the enthusiasm of youth but also spreads faith in the enduring goodness and kindness within our society. Today's award is the deepest expression of gratitude from the Youth Union and the community to those who live for others. They have proven that: "Happiness is not about receiving, but about sharing and contributing."

Singer Hoa Minzy was commended and awarded as a National Volunteer.
“If volunteering is the heartbeat of compassion, then creativity is the breath of intellect, the driving force of youth in the digital age. We are living in an era where ‘innovation’ is the key to survival and development. In particular, Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on promoting national innovation has opened up new development spaces, creating strong motivation for young people to unleash their intellect, aspirations, and pioneering spirit in science and technology, creative entrepreneurship, and digital economic development,” Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam emphasized.
Mr. Lam stated that the Central Committee of the Youth Union has identified innovation as a key task of the Youth Union's work in the current period. And young people, more than anyone else, are the decisive force to transform innovation into a new driving force for the country's growth. The authors and groups of authors who won awards today are the ones who are realizing that policy of the Party.
“We may be behind, but we can ‘come ahead’ thanks to creativity and flexible adaptability. Your products are not only a source of personal pride, but also valuable assets for the nation. The projects, solutions, and products that won awards this year demonstrate the spirit that you not only dare to think and act, but also dare to venture into new, difficult, and challenging fields. These include smart digital transformation solutions that streamline administrative procedures and make it easier for people to access public services; high-tech agricultural initiatives that help farmers increase productivity and achieve sustainable poverty alleviation in their homeland; and green and circular economy models, as well as strategic solutions for environmental protection and climate change adaptation…” – said Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Union.
